Juan, you can one-way sync from Zot to Mendely, but there's nothing to auto-sync in the other direction that I know of. You could do it manually, but that seems like a pain.

While I like Mendeley system, I run everything through Z first so it's in both places. The translation into M isn't "one-for-one" But it's paper in case dumpster diving essay thesis undecided.
